Current subscription rates are $18 for ONE year, $32 for TWO years and $375 for LIFE membership.

Application for membership or membership renewal
by CARD

STEP1 (for new members only – renewals go to STEP 2)
Download the RAOTC membership application form from the RAOTC webpage to your computer. Open it with any PDF reader and fill in the details. It is an interactive file and the text boxes can be filled in with your computer. For a signature, type your name in the signature box.
Email the completed PDF form to raotc@raotc.org.au . AFTER filling out and sending the application form proceed to step 2.
STEP 2
To pay your membership and/or joining fee by card, use this payment form: https://raotc.org.au/pay/membership/

Direct Debit payments
using Electronic Funds Transfer.

Most banking apps or browsers will allow you to save the details so you should only have to set this up once.
Account Name: RAOTC BSB: 633000 Account Number: 195768379
In the Transaction Details or Account Description box, enter your Callsign and then your Membership Number, [New members just enter your callsign]. 
If there is provision to enter your name, include it as well.

Making payments with cash
over the counter at a Bendigo Bank Branch.

The Bendigo Bank does not use deposit forms.
Provide the bank staff with the following information:
BSB: 633000 Account Number: 195768379
If you are asked for the account name use RAOTC

Making payments with a cheque or Money Order through the mail.
Bendigo bank does not accept cheques or money orders from overseas banks.
Australian residents can post a cheque or money order to RAOTC PO Box 107 Mentone VIC 3194 AUSTRALIA
Include a written description of what the payment is for in your letter. For example: membership, luncheon, OTN on disc or thumb drive.

You can also print a copy of the membership application form and fill it in by hand. Post it to RAOTC PO Box 107 Mentone VIC 3194, and pay your membership and joining fee over the counter at a Bendigo Bank Branch, or include your cheque or money order in your letter

Overseas members.

Overseas applicants can use the card option above for payments.
We welcome overseas amateurs becoming a member of our club and welcome any inquiries.

If paying by cheque or money order, fill in the booking form section of your invitation letter and include it with your cheque. Don’t forget to provide the details of all your guests for name tags.

Purchase of an OTN on ‘DVD disc’, or ‘OTN on thumb drive’
