Annual General Meeting 2026
In accordance with the Rules of Association, the Annual General Meeting 2026 of the Radio Amateurs Old Timers Club Australia Inc will be held at 12.00 noon AEST (0200 UTC) on Thursday, 17th September 2026 at the Caulfield RSL, 4 St Georges Road, Elsternwick, Victoria and also by video conferencing using Zoom.
If you wish to attend the meeting on line [via a zoom link], please send a request to raotc@raotc.org.au. You must be a FULL member of the RAOTC to vote at a meeting but all members are invited to view the meeting if they wish.
There will be a lunch held after the meeting and if you wish to stay for the lunch you will need to make a booking. There will also be a speaker and presentation. For full details about the lunch and presentation click here.

RAOTC Committee meeting dates for 2026
The RAOTC committee is meeting on the following dates below. Any members with queries or questions for the committee are encouraged to send an email to the Administrative officer at: raotc@raotc.org.au outlining your query.
Meeting dates for 2026 are: 21st May, 20th August and 19th November.
Please get your query in at least the 10 days before the meeting to enable it to be incorporated into the meeting agenda.
