The first issue of OTN was published in March 1985 with Max Hull VK3ZS as the editor. It was published annually until 1992 when it became a biannual publication published in March and September of each year. A PDF format downloadable file of all editions of OTN is available to members in colour either by purchasing the flash drive below or directly from this website.

OTN Downloads in colour [Members Only]

RAOTC members can download the current edition and back issues of OTN from September 2023 in COLOUR HERE. Editions going back to the first OTN printed in March 1985,[in black an white] are now also available from the download site.

You will need your membership number and password [on the flysheet of your current edition] to access this.

OTN index file

There are TWO options for accessing the index of archived issues of OTN. These files are updated every March and September after the issue for that month has been published.

1. You can download an index of all the OTN articles from the first OTN in March 1985 to the current edition in PDF form to your desktop Here: OTN Article Index
   
2. You can also use the ON LINE index to choose an edition and then click on the “download ” link in the last column. this will take you to the file directly on the download site. OTN Stewart Day Award

In 2003 the RAOTC management committee decided to establish an annual award, titled the OTN Stewart Day Award, in order to commemorate Stewart’s service to the RAOTC in producing the OTN journal over a long period of time.
