Options for payment of money to the RAOTC

There are three options for paying money to the RAOTC.
Electronic Funds Transfer

Cash over the counter at a Bendigo Bank

Cheque through the mail

Making payments using Electronic Funds Transfer.
Please use on line payments to RAOTC if possible. 
Most banking apps will allow you to save the details so you should only have to set this up once.
Account Name: RAOTC BSB: 633000 Account Number: 195768379
In the Transaction Details or Account Description box, enter your Callsign and then your Membership Number, [New members just enter your callsign]. 
If there is provision to enter your name, include it as well.

Making payments with cash over the counter at a Bendigo Bank Branch.
The Bendigo Bank does not use deposit forms.
Provide the bank staff with the following information:
BSB: 633000 Account Number: 195768379
If you are asked for the account name use RAOTC

Making payments with a cheque or Money Order through the mail.
Bendigo bank does not accept cheques or money orders from overseas banks.
Post the cheque or money order to RAOTC PO Box 107 Mentone VIC 3194 AUSTRALIA
Include a written description of what the payment is for in your letter. For example: membership, luncheon, OTN on disc or thumb drive.

Payment of membership.
For payment of membership subscription, check the address fly sheet that came with your latest copy of OTN for your membership status.
Your membership number will be on the address fly sheet and also in the membership list in OTN.
Get the subscription rates from the most recent OTN or from the RAOTC webpage.
Decide how long you want to renew your membership for, choices are one year, two years and life.
Pay your subscription by one of the payment options detailed above.

Application for membership of the RAOTC
Decide how long you want to apply for membership, choices are one year, two years and life.
The subscription rates are on the RAOTC webpage.
Download the RAOTC membership application form from the RAOTC webpage to your computer. Open it with any PDF reader and fill in the details. It is an interactive file and the text boxes can be filled in with your computer. For a signature, type your name in the signature box.
Email the completed PDF form to raotc@raotc.org.au and pay your membership and joining fee by Electronic Funds Transfer.
You can print a copy of the membership application form and fill it in by hand. Post it to RAOTC PO Box 107 Mentone VIC 3194, and pay your membership and joining fee over the counter at a Bendigo Bank Branch, or include your cheque or money order in your letter.

Overseas members.
We welcome overseas amateurs becoming a member of our club and welcome any enquiries.

Making On Line Payments to RAOTC from outside Australia
Payments can only be made by Electronic Funds Transfer.

Payment of luncheon fees.
Obtain your Membership Number from the address fly sheet that came with your latest copy of OTN, or from the membership list in an OTN.
Find the amount to pay from the luncheon invitation letter or from the luncheon notice in the latest OTN.
If paying by Electronic Funds Transfer send the names and callsigns, if any, of your guests to raotc@raotc.org.au so a name tag can be produced.
If paying by cheque or money order, fill in the booking form section of your invitation letter and include it with your cheque. Don’t forget to provide the details of all your guests for name tags.

Purchase of an ‘OTN on disc’, or ‘OTN on thumb drive’
Obtain your Membership Number from the address fly sheet that came with a copy of OTN, or the membership list in an OTN.
Find the amount to pay from the latest OTN or the RAOTC webpage.
Pay by one of the methods detailed above.
Don’t forget to tell us if you want OTN on DVD or OTN on thumb drive.

Note: If you get the thumb drive option, you can keep your library of OTN’s up to date by downloading the latest issue from this web site and then copying it to the thumb drive!
