Perth Luncheons

The popular and well attended monthly luncheons for RAOTC members and friends in and around Perth are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Please note the new venue.

The Seven Mile Bar and Bistro is at 501 Wanneroo Road Balcatta. Their web site is: Seven Mile Bar and Bistro.

In addition to the Main Menu, a Seniors Menu is also available. There is ample parking available in the adjacent car park. The venue is located on Wanneroo Road near the Reid Highway intersection, and is readily accessible by car with parking available.

Since Wanneroo Road is a main thoroughfare for the northern suburbs, public transport via bus is also a viable alternative. The appropriate route and timetable information can be accessed from the Transperth web site:

Alasdair VK6ATX is coordinating the lunch, and it would be appreciated if Alasdair could be notified of those planning to attend, to ensure that adequate seating is provided. We look forward to seeing many of you at the June RAOTC Luncheon,

Alasdair’s email address is vk6kif@bigpond.com

The July Perth luncheon has been held and Alasdair [VK6ATX/KIF] reports attendance was down due partly to the bad weather. “Cold and wet day here in Perth . The members that attended enjoyed the company and meal and indicated that they are happy with the venue so it has been booked for August 12th.” [Those sausages look great!]
