In accordance with the Rules of Association, the Annual General Meeting 2025 of the Radio Amateurs Old Timers Club Australia Inc was held at 12.00 noon AEST (0200 UTC) on Thursday, 18th September 2025 at the Caulfield RSL, 4 St Georges Road, Elsternwick, Victoria and also by video conferencing using Zoom.

Business: Confirm minutes, receive and consider the annual report of the committee, the accounts, confirm the annual subscription and joining fee, and elect committee members.
